Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

All items shipped from SenText’s online signage store are shipped Ground.  If you have any questions on options for expedited shipping, please reach out to customerservice@sentextsolutions.com for quotes.  Ground shipping is a fixed cost calculated at checkout.  There will be upcharge for any items being shipped to Hawaii and Alaska that will be automatically calculated at checkout. Ground shipping can take anywhere from 1-10 business days depending upon delivery address.  Please allow 1 business day from placement of order for processing.  We are unable to process orders to PO Boxes.

Returns

Thanks for shopping with SenText Solutions. You have 10 business days from date of receipt to report damaged or incorrect materials that have been delivered to you. To be eligible for a replacement, you must submit photographs of the damaged or incorrect materials to customerservice@sentextsolutions.com.  You will then be issued a replacement for the incorrect/damaged items and this will all be confirmed via email before re-shipment takes place.
